据介绍，从2005年起，我国MBA考试规则进行了改革，招生将初试科目由原来的4门(政治、 英语 、综合能力、管理)改为2门( 英语 、综合能力考试)。相应地加强资格审查和复试环节，更加重视考生的实践经验和工作业绩，更加强调通过面试考查学生的管理潜质、沟通能力、分析能力、应变能力和协作精神等综合素质。按照要求，各校MBA招生必须实行差额面试，面试差额淘汰率不低于20%.除西部地区学校外，所有招生院校的MBA复试分数线不得低于教育部确定的全国最低复试分数线，至此，面试已成MBA考试的一大门坎，甚至是至关重要的环节。
MBA入学考试的复试环节包括政治理论考试、外语听力与口语测试以及综合素质面试。主要方式为个人面试、行为面试、压力面试、小组讨论等方式。其中小组讨论又称无领导小组讨论，即考生就一个话题展开讨论，考官不指定题目和讨论方向，完全由考生主导进行，考官则负责观察考生在讨论中的表现，确定考生是否适合从事管理工作。这是近年来商学院越来越偏好使用的面试形式，广大考生应该密切关注。

浙江的高校虽多，我报考的专业招收调剂的并不多。从4月到5月，每一天我都准时去食堂楼上的网吧搜寻当天最新的调剂信息和公告，然后更换着调剂志愿，每一天都怀揣着新鲜的激情和热血而去，被泼一盆盆冷水扫兴失望而归。

因为家人的压力，他与我渐行渐远，他依然在校园里当学业渐忙的研究生，我依然在初入职场的迷茫中翻滚。只是每次把自己埋在小屋的被窝里，都会怀疑，爱情渐逝，我留下的理由又是什么呢？每个清晨，按下闹钟，把沾湿的毛巾敷在哭肿的双眼上，再假装健康善良，打满鸡血地挤地铁上班。当我快要在温水煮青蛙的节奏中溺死的时候，妈妈的电话让我彻底清醒过来：“我知道你希望你们能天荒地老，但事实上没有人能和你过一辈子。丈夫不行，爸妈不行，只有你能陪着你自个儿。你愿意让一个这样的男人把你毁了？”

一个月之后，我锁定了目标――华南师范大学社会学专业。
一来，离家近，以后就业也可以兼顾父母。二来，尽管我的本科读的是新闻专业，但是潜伏图书馆的阅读经历告诉我，自己对社会学更感兴趣；再者，因为新闻传播宣传的广泛和表面的光鲜度总是导致每年大批学生扎堆，有了一战落水的经历，还是不要铤而走险为好；最后，我的大学知己正好在华师社会学就读，对于考研来说，还有什么比近水楼台获取信息更靠谱的吗？

我陪自己考研
作为一名喜欢打破常规的双鱼座筒子，我选择了在家备考，从8月起，开始正儿八经地复习。但是我没有像严谨的学生时期那样制定事无巨细的复习计划，而是完全遵循天性和兴趣，专业书看累了，就背会儿单词，什么都看不下去的时候，就打打游戏刷刷微博。虽然以复习为重，但是也不会硬生生推掉所有的社交活动，有朋友途经广州，我还会放下书本，陪他逛大街小巷。
略有松懈的状态终于在11月中旬有了明显改变――我接受了那位在读研究生知己的知识考查，前言不搭后语的逻辑引起了我们俩的高度重视，我这才意识到复习中的欠缺。
作为一名跨专业考生，之前零散的学习根本不足以识记庞杂的专业课内容。我接受学长的建议，不厌其烦地背诵、做真题，再反复背记。我在网上看到一个经验帖，说是把自己不懂的知识点张贴在墙上，每日耳濡目染。于是，我将重点难点一点点往纸上誊，写满一张就往墙上钉一张，最后贴满了房间的一大面白墙，每到吃饭、运动等零碎时间，我就会迈步向墙，细细观摩自己的鸿篇巨制。最终，结合真题和各种笔记，我结结实实地把专业课的知识点背了二十多遍。
而在公共课中，政治是我的弱项，我果断把英语的复习时间匀到政治的头上。任汝芬、肖秀荣的教材，“红宝书”等所有看起来靠谱的教材都成了我的囊中之物，看完一章就开始做真题、预测题，反复地进行题海和车轮战的攻坚。我还建了各种各样的记忆框架表，根据年份来的，根据主要内容来的，把所有相关著作、相关战役、相关讲话一网打尽。
对考研这项重体力的活儿，我秉承着轻伤不下火线的原则。记得有一次急性肠胃炎，高烧，还上吐下泻，我没敢给自己下重药，怕影响脑子的运转，愣是靠着止泻药、消炎药把自己给折腾痊愈了。起不来床的时候，就窝被窝里，把枕头当书桌记笔记。碰上泡脚把笔记给泡了的时候，我也能很淡定地找来吹风机把它们吹干，然后继续坐在书桌边看书学习。
那些时刻，我在想，妈妈说得没错，没有人能能陪我走完一路，考研的进步、痛苦、快乐，都只属于我自己一个人。依托于别人的快乐随时可能溜走，只有自己创造的快乐才能存留。
好的坏的，自己受着
考研这件事就像坐过山车。初试从来不是一个完结点，恰恰，它只是一个开始。面对既无惊喜也无遗憾的初试成绩，我以最后一名的成绩进入了复试，我怎么能在不到两个月的时间内摆脱初试成绩的劣势跃进录取的门槛，这将是一场更为艰难的战役。
我的组织通过考研论坛找到了我，我被加进了同考华师社会学的QQ群，通过比较得知了自己的劣势，我没有固执己见孤注一掷非华师不上，选择了另外的调剂学校。另一方面，也开始做“丝逆袭”的备战准备，我和学长发动了一切人脉搜罗历年复试笔试面试真题――近水楼台的优势还是需要的。
但是最重头的还是研究生复试的6本备考书目，再加上我还要参加跨专业的加试，压力和紧迫感可想而知。我一方面抓紧熟悉备考考点，另一方面通过资料推测和判断今年可能遇到的真题。我把能用的时间全都用来扎进书本和习题里，英文面试倒没有太刻意的准备，因为有参加全国大学生英语演讲大赛的经历，我相信自己没问题。

Reasons for taking postgraduate exams:
First of all, I love my major. Chinese literature is the symbol of the start of Chinese literary modernization. It plays an important part in modernization of our citizens’ thoughts. 小钮傻了，头上冷汗直冒。他根本不知道这是什么玩意儿。
2013年3月份，太原理工大学现代科技学院自动化专业的小钮遇到了求职以来最大的挫折。他去参加太原环保电厂的面试。考官很严肃，一上来就问了他包括上述问题在内的5个专业问题，他只有2个能答上来。
小钮回去一查，发现PT100就是个简单的温度传感器：“打击太大了，我觉得自己4年大学读下来，什么都不会。”
2013年被称为“史上最难就业年”，自中央到地方，各种推进大学生就业的措施纷纷出台，而另一方面，各高校的“签约率”数据依然不乐观。
事实上，由大学毕业生人数逐年增加、经济景气不断变化而形成的大学生就业压力，近年来在不断累积。
南京审计学院审计学专业的小戴为公务员考试奋战到今年4月，结果全军覆没。参加过学校辩论队的他，说话习惯于分条陈述：“考公务员失败的原因主要是两个，一是自己选的岗位报的人太多，二是自己的个人素质不符合公务员的选拔要求。”
4月份回到校园之后，“不想去银行”的小戴通过校园招聘，获得了中国银行的面试机会。那次面试，让他真真切切地感到了自己的劣势。
那是一种“N对N面试”，3个面试官对7个应试者，他是第6个。第一个竞争对手的自我介绍就让小戴觉得“不可思议”——这位仁兄说自己已经在江宁大学城卖出了10万个毛绒玩具。其他对手的简介则包括小提琴十级、参加过联合国非物质文化遗产考察项目等等，小戴觉得和他们相比，自己“混过校辩论队”的经历，几乎等于说自己“喝过水”。
学历的尴尬
江苏某高校的研究生刘敏，当初正是为了弥补本科学校的差距，才选择考研。2013年，她研究生毕业时却发现，读研并非如她所想象的是“镀金”，相反却放大了她的“本科学历”劣势。
当时刘敏参加南京市某中学的现场招聘会。由于投递简历的人太多，最后学校工作人员宣布，“本科毕业于211高校的留下来”。现场立刻走掉了三分之二的人，刘敏也在这低头离去的人群中。
“能公开声明还是好的，很多单位招研究生，都要优先考虑本科学校。”他们班曾集体参加了江苏广电集团的校园招聘，绝大多数人简历都没塞过去，剩下被审核通过的，基本都是“本校本科生”。在新华社与央视的校园招聘中，刘敏和其他“出身不好”的同学，也都卡在了简历关上。
“我以为读研可以摆脱三本的影子，现在才发现这反而把本科学历给放大了。”
“独木桥”上的落水者
其实，南京审计学院审计学专业的毕业生小戴，有一个很牛的专业方向——ACCA（即英国特许公认会计师）。
南京审计学院名头虽不如南京大学，但录取分数、生源质量却未必差。审计学专业几乎是南京审计学院录取分数最高的一个专业，而ACCA方向则汇集了“高手中的高手”，成绩最好的学生才能进入这个方向。
公务员家庭出身的小戴，第一选择还是考公务员。“家庭经济条件一般，不想出国和考研；不想去会计师事务所，太累；不想去银行，因为要从柜员做起，还要出去拉存款，作为外省人，很难有这样的人脉。还是考公务员吧，可以自由选择地域，待遇和编制都不错。”
2013年7月开始，小戴开始了公务员报考历程。国考报的是河北证监会，没有被录取。又继续报了省考——江苏省南京市白下区审计局和河北沧州选调生。
除了中国银行的面试，小戴还参加过3次国企的面试，都出局了。现在他打算毕业后先回河北，一边在网上找工作，一边准备8月的河北政法干警考试，失败了再准备今年的公务员考试。
和小戴的选择一样，报考公务员几乎是那些向往安定生活的学生的第一选择。江苏一家高校某专业40多名学生中，有30位报考了公务员，在很多岗位上都是大学同窗在“肉搏”。在数百、上千人争夺一个职位的竞争中，绝大多数人黯然退场。
“做烂了的专业”
在湖北纺织大学电子商务专业的小田看来，他的求职之路似乎从来就没有如意的时候。
2012年9月，小田去了中通、申通等物流企业应聘，但都没“赶上集”。11月初，在电商物流招聘行将结束时，他拿到一家武汉小型冷链物流的聘书，但对方要求苛刻：12月必须去报到，实习期长，薪水只有2000块。小田拒绝了。
年后，小田又去应聘了京东、腾讯和58同城。58同城的面试官甚至让他跳过了简历筛选过程，直接进入到笔试环节，但小田没通过。他说自己的长处是与人打交道，逻辑思维能力欠缺。
3月底，心灰意冷的小田回了老家，一边帮在贵州大学当老师的发小跑招生工作，一边给自己做物流中介的亲戚帮忙。小田说他的专业“做烂了”——进入门槛低，什么人都能做， “现在电商物流为节省开支，也不会招对口的大学生”。小田所在的班44个人，最后拿到电商行业聘书的只有3个人。
如果说“电子商务物流”这样时髦的专业都“被做烂了”，那么小丁的专业在名字上就已“日落西山”了。她是山东交通学院商务英语专业毕业生。在麦可思研究院的《2013年中国大学生就业报告》中，“英语”已经被认为是2013年度就业前景最不看好的专业。
在参加几次招聘会失望而归后，小丁决定回老家找工作。她的老家在一个内陆城市，对商务英语专业毕业生的需求就更少了。她在培训机构找了一份工作，做了半个月左右，实在不感兴趣，最后辞了。
“只要能找到感兴趣的工作，哪怕薪酬不很高也可以，刚开始就是累积经验。实在不行就去沿海，在那里我们专业找工作容易些。”她说。
“凭什么把所有女生都排除掉”
天津师范大学的小金是学广播电视新闻专业的，但她对本专业工作不感兴趣。“我真正感兴趣的是当一名教师。”
想回海南做教师的小金承认自己“歧视”用人单位：“我只想去公立学校，不想去私立学校。”
这似乎是当今社会的“人之常情”。“公”字头、“国”字头单位，象征着长久、稳定，对“私有”、“民营”的担忧，折射出人们对于社会和个人未来的不确定。
正如小金所说：“我担心民办学校不能给我提供足够的薪水、足够好的社会地位和保障。万一学校哪天倒了，我失业了怎么办？”
但小金所向往的那些“公家”单位，对她也有“歧视”。例如某博物馆的岗位，要求中文专业或者文秘专业。“我明明做得来，我新闻稿件写得比中文系学生好，为什么不能要我？”
还有一家海口的小学招语文老师，要求有海口市户口，小金打电话过去，问外地户口能不能应聘，工作人员说不行。还有一些岗位需要出差，明确要求男生。“凭什么就把所有女生都排除掉？”她说。
东南大学电气工程学院的小丁对这种歧视的感觉更加直观。她所在的专业，男生们上个学期就被订走了，去的都是响当当的好单位——供电局、国家电网……
但是女生们就没有这么走运了，“我们整个学院，只有3个女生自己找到工作。”
让小丁气愤的是，一些大型国企在招聘时并不限制性别，“但只要有男生面试，不管成绩多差，都愿意要男生。有一个国企招聘，我们专业的同学都投了简历，结果成绩挺好的进不了复试，班上一个挂科的男生居然进复试了”。
“也许问题还是在我身上”
小金认为，就业耽误了的大部分原因在自己身上。她在家闲待了一个寒假，一直在逃避现实，错过了找工作的最佳时间。
“等到回学校，不得不开始找工作时，已经是各单位招聘的尾声了。目标也定得太晚，如果一开始就做老师，就不会错过好多教师招聘信息。”
